The members of the Treason Party, Democrat Party need to read our Constitution’s Preamble and Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 BOTH state “provide for the common defense”. Exactly how did releasing this report fulfill the constitutional requirements and their oath of office/affirmation? Our Constitution says three things about the responsibility of the federal government for our national defense. First, “provide for the common defense” is our national government’s top priority; second, our national defense is the only mandatory function of the national government; finally, national defense is exclusively the function of the national government.
