The message is becoming clearer: Haters are not ready for development. When the DPP led government fulfilled its campaign promise of a 20 member cabinet, MCP complained that government was wrong to cut expenditure. They demanded a bigger cabinet. In another positive development, the DPP led government is fulfilling yet another campaign promise of overhauling the civil service. Haters of development have decided to pick on the young and hardworking VP, the Rt. Hon. Saulos Chilima. The good news is that this DPP government means serious business. The choice is entirely yours; you either join in the development or you stay behind and whine. As for me and mine, we have chosen development.
