The messenger of Allah said, Whosoever amongst you sees evil, he should change it by his hand. And if he does not have enough strength to do so (by hand), then he should do it with his tongue. And if he does not have enough Strength to do it (with his tongue), then he should (abhor it) in his heart, and that is the least of faith. [Saheeh Muslim] Ordering good and preventing evil is a huge responsibility in Islam. We are commanded to exchange advice, guide others to goodness, and enjoin one another to truth and patience. Our welfare and salvation lies in this, and neglecting it causes immense danger and corruption. There are great lessons to extract from the teachings of Islam on how to accomplish this noble act.
