The milpa is present everywhere in Mexico, it is our way of life, this is our green roof at La Casa del Pan en San Cristobal de las Casas, in Chiapas, southeast of Mexico, where we associate plants such as corn, beans and pumpkins. In La Casa del Pan is located Viva la Milpa exhibit permanently and it is its guardian as well.
