The minutes of the recent SADSAA National Council meeting and AGM, held on 21 June 2013, became available. Please note that these minutes are not yet signed and still needs to be adopted/signed at the next SADSAA National Council meeting, during October 2013. These minutes therefore has no effect, until signed and adopted, but will give you insight on what is going on, alleviating complaints of no transparency. The purpose of circulating these minutes is to update all affiliate members of SADSAA with what happened at the SADSAA National Council meeting, what had been discussed, what decisions had been made and what matters are still pending, in order to become aware, become involved and forward input on any of the matters, via your club to your provincial chairperson, who in turn will be able to carry your point forward at the next SADSAA National Council meeting. This is your opportunity to actively start participating in SADSAA matters. Use this opportunity and get involved in SADSAA matters, since active participation from affiliate members is needed to guide the structures to better SADSAA. Credit must go towards the SADSAA officials that prepared these minutes in time and speedily circulated these minutes to the members at grass roots level. Well done!
