The mixture of cultures and races led to miscegenation, taking part of the black race, in the sixteenth century when it was brought to America by using men and women as slaves. Over time the black race has claimed its rights, same as not all cases are given, as in some regions of Oaxaca where Afro-Mexicans are not considered as an indigenous people. Prejudice, ignorance and poor education are among the causes of discrimination against black skinned people, those living in underserved communities where there are no basic services and health is a luxury. ow.ly/ 86cZr
