The more I practice conscious breathing, The more addictive it becomes. Its amazing how something so simple as to breathing deeply and being aware of the breath can really make you feel. Go ahead give it a try! Take a deep breath, breath deep into you abdomen. Hold it in. Exhale until the sensation of air is no long passing through your nostrils. Now hold. Observe how you feel.
