The more we preach the gospel, the more we learn that we need much prayer. Preaching alone does not work. We need to pray much more than we preach. In this situation we need to pray, asking the Lord to burden you for some of your colleagues. If the Lord does not burden you, than you are released, but if the Lord burdens you, then you need to pray further to seek the Lord for guidance on how to contact the people for whom He has burdened you. When you do this, the Lord will show you a way or open a way. There is no method in taking care of this situation. We can only pray, because the Lords doing is always living.
