The most BIZARRE thing just happened to us. First let me preface this by saying that I live in the Southside. So Im sitting in my livingroom with my girls and my younger daughter screams...Mom somebodys climbing over the fence into our yard. So I go outside while 1 child is still climbing over my fence (by the way, my fence is iron and over 7ft high). I wait for her to get in and realize theres already 1 little girl at my front porch. I was so upset, but realized that they are little girls and just told them that they should not be climbing over fences. I told them that I couldve called the police on them or worse...I couldve come out with a gun in hand ready to shoot. Their reason for climbing over the fence? We just wanted to know if you wanted to buy some candy. No, I dont want to buy any candy....I want you to not climb over my fence into my property without permission. Its called TRESPASSING. What I dont understand is why in this day and age parents allow their children to go door to door selling stuff and why do they let these little ones run the streets all alone? I dont care if its daylight out. It makes absolutely no sense to me. It takes but a split second for something horrible to happen. Perhaps Im a bit over protective, but I dont even let my girls go to the mailbox without one of us going out with them. Those little girls scared the heck out of me. Lord, keep watch over those little girls. They should not be out all alone. Encamp your angels around them and protect them, Lord.
