The most amazing experience for me was on our flight from Honolulu to Fiji via Samoa. At about 2 hours from Samoa, an announcement was made asking if there are any doctors on board for an emergency. Later I found that a passenger has had an heart attack and has in fact died. So every time you go to the rest room you have to pass-by a dead guy at the back, sitting down off-course. He was actually an elderly Tongan guy going home with his daughters to spend his last days, they have to off load his body in Samoa. The matter did not kick in until I finally checked into my hotel room at the Tanoa in Nadi when I realize I was actually in one of the very last rooms facing the very dark bush. NOW I remember the dead guy vividly, couldnt sleep so I finally prayed that the Lord take his soul into his kingdom. I finally slept but first thing in the morning was to move out of the room into the mainstream place where everybody stays, more noisy for my comfort! In fact I found comfort in the fact that Wallace Peter was right next door, but upon checking he already moved to another room without telling me!
