The most dangerous aspect of extreme fitness is people chasing big numbers and advanced movements without any respect for the process or the mechanics to achieve them. Proper form is paramount and steady progression with respect to form is the name of the game. I am getting ready to have a debate with my Professionalism of Exercise Science class about crossfit. This is one article I am using because this article states obvious reasons why people should not be pushing to extreme levels and focus more on technique.
