The most fundamental part of allowing you to activate your core, manage stress, create more energy for yourself, and be an overall better human is learning how to breathe properly. Lay on an ab mat or a pillow and work on only allowing your stomach to rise on the inhale and descend slow on the exhale. Do 5 to 10 mins of this either in silence or with music and tell me you dont feel a ton better :) .
