The most in important tool in any given relationship is communication. There is no relationship which starts on the perfect note, you might be all lovey dovey in your first days of marriage it’s a good thing but does not mean you’re a perfect couple, your company can be a great achiever because of your ideas which is a good thing but that does not mean there is a perfect relationship between you and your boss. As simple as communication seems, much of what we try to communicate to others—and what others try to communicate to us—gets misunderstood, which can cause conflict and frustration in personal and professional relationships, you need to possess the skills of communication on the road to perfection in your relationship. Communication is very different from informing, when your partner steps on your toe, snapping at them to let them know how you feel is no communicating. Communication is finding the right words, the right time and the right atmosphere to make your partner understand your feelings. May the Holy Spirit our counselor (John 14:26) help you communicate to perfect your personal and professional relationships today in Jesus’s name.
