The most moving moment I had was today as we sat on the Mount of Olives overlooking Gethsemene. As I looked around and realized how close all of the sites are in proximity, I began to cry. Our Lord sweat great drops of blood as he prayed for this cup to pass from him. Gethsemene means crushed and it was actually an olive press. How amazing that Jesus was crushed in spirit as he prayed, just as the olives are crushed and his blood was poured out for us.
