The name change: I took on the name Ali Salaam in front of Allah many months ago and have been slowly transitioning. I was going to wait until after the election to avoid confusion, but Ive never sacrificed my authentic self for the sake of politricks. I decided on no middle name after listening to Professor Griffs triple alphabet theory. Salaam means peace in arabic, and to me, without justice theres no peace, so it means that by default, justice precedes the peace we need in this world. I trust you all will transition here with me. When Bradley became Chelsea Manning, Id say Bradley as a Freudian slip, but now I always say Chelsea & use a female pronoun. I wont hold it against anyone for forgetting by accident, its the effort that counts. ;) People should be accepted and respected for the way they are. This world could use more kindness and understanding, and the people I surround myself with are of that quality. :) Thanks! One love, peace, and blessings.
