The names just might have been changed to protect the old lady in the following story, I will leave it up to you to decide :) Alun and Len decided to meet up in their old home town one day and as they wandered down memory lane, they found themselves on the pier admiring the majesty of the new flood defence works. Looking seawards they espied an old lady near the end of the pier holding her hat on tight so it would not blow away in the wind. With his usual aplomb, Alun ventured forth and said Pardon me madame....I do not intend to be forward, but did you know that your dress is blowing up in this high wind? Yes, I know, said the lady, I need both my hands to hold onto this hat. Len then adds in earnest But Madame, you must know that you are not wearing any panties and your privates are exposed! The woman first looked down, then back up at Alun and Len and replied, Sirs, anything you see down there is 75 years old.... I just bought this hat in the market yesterday!
