The national womens group is training and giving out days for girls kits . If anyone is travelling to Vanuatu ( Vila especially ) from Australia please let us know if you like to get some more kits across to red cross or womens groups or perhaps you know a school . Nisha Wilz if you dont have women to give these kits to you can give them to womens group in Vila near museum . The going to set up sewing scheme also . Heres an email . Lyn Thorpe-Lindenaar I have just delivered 27 packs for Blandine Boulekone in Port Vila Vanuatu via Cruise ship. She is hoping to get many more for the girls in the villages. This is her letter I meet Lyn this morning and I got the bag before I drop her and husband in town. I have a look at one of the item: it is well done to give back pride to a young girl/ women to be a WOMAN. Its remember me how it was difficult to hide to my brothers these kinds of towels that we were using at this time... Bravo! Well done! Of course we are happy to get more or to have a project to train some of our women to do it. But we will still need the proper materiel, buttons...The door is open!
