The need not (the want) to have a shelter is both indiscriminatory and universal.It has no boundary,status, age, color, gender or specific affiliation. Those landless people who have braced in the shackles of shacks 24 years after attaining our sovereignty know how it feels, during the down pouring of rains, during frosty winters and during the scorching summers. This feeling will not necessarily be the same for those who live in a safety net of a warm, comfort and secure house. This need(not want) will always divide us as into a society of classes and it is these classes which will always clash for survival.
