The neglected farmers right in the heart of Port Moresby right in front of the National Development Bank and the National Parliament. What can we see and say about this picture showing potential farmers growing and selling vegetables on land they dont own right in the heart of Port Moresby along the road between the Parliament haus and the National Development Bank? What sense does it make to these farmers when the government preaches about big budget plans, loans, SMEs, agriculture, food security, etc.? I only hope the National Development Bank and Hon. MPs noticed what these farmers are capable of doing if given the opportunity they deserve. They can grow and supply Port Moresby with fresh vegetables.
