The new European model tonight basically sides with the Canadian. Too warm for any frozen precipitation. Although, Along and West of the Blue Ridge it supports a little snow and/or mixed precipitation before a changeover to rain, but its very light. But, as we said... we had little confidence and anything frozen would likely be in the Valley area..although, that may change as well to a cold rain, even there.
