The new MLB Commissioner met with Alex Rodriguez, and not Pete Rose... Rose could only affect one team. Steroids destroyed the legacy of what made baseball exceptional, its history. Numerous players and owners absolved, and Rose gets the death penalty and permanent exile. Guess unlike steroids, he didnt make enough money for the owners like A Rod... and the rest did. MLB destroyed the credibility of the game, figures they would be blind to their own credibility with the fans. What good would reinstating A Rod do... At least Rose wants to do something for the game and the fans. A Rod only cares about getting paid, for not playing.... and lying about steroids and throwing his own family members under the bus. Bonds and McGwire are back in the game. And Rose is ostracized. This makes no sense.
