The new Rapid Global / ACMA Aged Care Audit Tool allows a manager to set an audit schedule, delegate responsibility for each audit, and track the outcomes. If an audit is not completed within the allotted time frames, the manager will receive an email advising that the audit is not complete. Also you can start an audit , safe and complete late. You can upload supporting information and evidence to suit each audit domain. For example for outcome 2.2, you could upload the records for staff training, criminal history checks etc. This allows immediate recall of information for validation purposes. each audit domain has its own dedicated expandable text box to allow for personalised records and notations to be made. its simply easy to use and its practical
