The new centre of Niagara is under an exciting explosion of expansion! And I can appreciate the demand for investors wanting to invest. Niagara College, The Outlet collection, White Oaks is looking to expand and more residential is on its way. It’s an appealing rental centre. How once chooses to purchase shouldnt have task force deciding. Enforce & tighten good by-laws that are already in place.
