The new definition adopted by the UN recently is, “1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, during which Hutu and others were killed. When Victoire Ingabire mentioned hutus in her speech at Gisozi genocide memorial, Paul Kagames regime started demonizing her and ended up throwing her in jail where shes been rotting for the past 3 years.
