The new draft of the Finance Ministry provides up to 10 installments, in order to repay the ENFIA tax for 2015 and facilitate even more owners and enable them to discharge more easily their installments to the Tax Office. But this, basically, means that the responsible ones that will pay this years installments of ENFIA tax, on February they will have to continue until the end of next year, to pay every month until December 2015. The truth, however, is that next year homeowners will have to pay the ENFIA tax by the objective values of this year, even if the objective values will be reduced to the level of trade in 2015. Given, also, the recent decision of the State Council, the financial staff is required, immediately and within six months, to go to the adjustment, as prices remain unchanged since 2007.
