The new generation is Generation Q as in quit! When the road ahead requires hard work and dedication/sacrifice they shut it down! This is a direct result of enabling by parents and modern culture. Gen Q either quits early or never really gets started. Theyll take on things that look great to society but always with one hand on the ripcord ready to bail at the first sign of effort or work! Theyll blame chronic fatigue, depression or other faux/fantasy hardships/extenuating circumstances, bad coaches, bad leaders as the reasons they could not finish the difficult task at hand. The fatal flaw is in the enablement. When one quits or avoids challenges/adversity, they are avoiding the very thing that has the potential to help them break free of their death roll with quitting! Everybody has weaknesses both mental and physical. Marriages, Missions, Businesses, Careers, Training Programs and interpersonal relationships wont work themselves out! They take effort! A change of venue. A change of the channel etc are just a new zip code for your problems weaknesses.
