The news I received today was not what I had been hoping to hear. Current chemo is not working and the cancer has progressed with more tumors to my liver and a new lesion on my spine. I have been sharing my cancer journey on FB for more than five years now and for almost all of that time it has been good news. It is was hard for me to post this b/c I do not want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I am in no way ready to give in to this horrible f*%#&@ up disease and I will meet with my onc. on Thursday to discuss new treatment options. In the mean time, please keep me and my family in your prayers. Thank you for all the support you have given and continue to give me!
