The news in recent weeks is filled with seemingly interesting things; missing planes, annexed territories, sanctions, court cases and many more things. Things that seem to have nothing to do with us, and yet have everything to do with us. We are being dragged into this web of circumstances and we don’t seem to notice or let’s say we don’t seem to care. Even in our own neighborhood or country, we seem to pass by people who are in need of our help. We like to say, “It has nothing to do with me. I am not getting involved.” We pass and go about our business. I have recently read an article where the writer talks about this great “so called” Christian awakening in people, who are the holiest of people on a Sunday. That is what the article said, not I. But I am extending it to my fellow sabbathkeepers, we are good Christians on the Sabbath, but during the week we are the most horrible people.
