The news is making a big fuss over Americas discontent with the President, and as it relates, Democrats. They keep saying how it could benefit the GOP and swing the Senate in their favor. It reminds me of the 2008 Presidential and Congressional races and how it was really just a referendum on President Bush and Republicans. Every 8 years it swings back and forth like a pendulum, giving each partys voters a feeling that their voice is heard when nothing that matters ever really changes. WHEN ARE WE GOING TO REALIZE THAT PARTISAN TWO PARTY POLITICS WITHOUT PRINCIPLE ONLY SERVES THE STATUS QUO??!!! Im tired of voting for the lesser of two evils and playing within the broken system. I guess if enough people got fed up and voted strictly based on principle (whether they can win now or not) than over time we could break the endless cycle of Big Government Candidates who sell out and give in to Washington Politics because thats the way its always been. I hope and pray for a future in which my kids and all kids have the ability to see through the party rhetoric and the lies, and pick candidates who represent Individual Liberties and Constitutionally Restrained Government. (jumps off soapbox)
