The news of suicide always gets me thinking. As well as you think you might know someone, their personal battles are often just that- kept personal. Theyre often fought privately, alone, all while projecting a happy face to friends, family or the public. As an outsider, we rarely know what is actually going on inside. My hope is that none of us ever have to know the level of pain and hopelessness...of sadness and fear...that makes suicide seem like a viable option. The only option. If it ever does, please reach out. You are not alone. Theres help and it WILL get better. Nothing is ever truly as bad as it seems. Things and situations are rarely unfixable. You are important and loved and cared for by more people than youll ever know.
