If youve ever struggled to get a car seat tight (and who hasnt), the 90 seconds itll take you to learn the inside/outside trick just might save you from unnecessary sweating, cursing, broken nails, scratched hands, marital strife, and all the other unmentionables that happen in the back seat all in the name of installing a car seat. Share with friends, because when it comes to car seats misery doesnt love company :) NOTE: Like everything with car seats, there are a few exceptions. A few seats prefer to have you pull outside Britax 70 & G4 convertibles installed forward facing, for example). Some car seats dont let you pull from inside... which explains why the Diono seats are so hard to install tightly rear-facing (because there is no way to pull from inside, forcing you to pull from outside), but so much easier to install forward-facing (because you can pull from inside).
