The next BBQ and second quarter meeting is Saturday, April 5, 2014. Mark you calendars!!! Sign up on the forum so we can get a head count to help us plan/purchase accordingly. We will be serving pulled pork and as always, Cdiver Mike will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs. Make sure you let us know if and what sides you are bringing. I always look forward to the sides. Our members are very good cooks. During the meeting, we will be confirming the officers that were nominated in January. Special events include: Easter themed event for the kids led by Chrissy (let us know the age and name of the child participating), Tricky Ricky will give a seminar on Grand Slam baits, Raffle with valuable prizes and last but not least The Annual Shrimp Cook Off. Prepare your favorite shrimp recipe for a chance to win a great prize. Location: River Breeze Park-Oak Hill, Florida Times: Setup starts at 8 am. Meeting: 10 am Lunch: When the cooks are ready Cost: Individual $3,Couple $5, Family $10. No dish: Individual $10, Couple $15, Family $25. Special thanks to everyone who helps with set up and takedown. Theres a lot work that goes into setting up one of these events and it sure helps to have all the extra hands.
