During the classroom sessions, the theory of the program is covered (together with some activities and group work), and then the participant is required to complete a set of written assessment items in his/her own time. The length of time that this written assessment will take to complete will vary, depending on the amount of time that an individual is able to commit to studies, taking into account family and work commitments.
