The next challenge will be a 6 Week Challenge!!! Beginning on Monday 7th of April and runs on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm and runs for an hour. Based in Sunbury. Sessions include: weighted circuits, cross training and different kinds of cardio based exercises.
