The next meeting of the Lisha Kill Middle School PTA is scheduled for this Wednesday, Feb 5, at 6:30 p.m. Please join us in the library. We loved to see returning attendees as well as some new faces. 8th grade recognition- The committee is planning to meet immediately following the PTA meeting on Feb 5. Everyone is invited to help plan this event to celebrate the success of our 8th graders and wish them good luck in High School. The committee would love help from all grades- this allows the 8th grade parents to enjoy the ceremony if they know they have others to help with setting up the reception and serving food. Please think about joining us. If you cannot make or have any questions please reach out to Carol Daley at Carol.Daley@empireblue for more information. Candy (World’s Finest Chocolate Bars) - We still have boxes of candy- Please volunteer to take a box- Its only $60 and the PTA makes 50 percent on sales. Everyone loves chocolate. If you have previously volunteered and have not been contacted please email Wendy Nelson @ jwbills3@gmail or Linda Frank @ LFrank@capitalservices. I will leave boxes in the office for pick up this week, and we will also have them available at PTA meeting. If you cannot stay for the meeting just swing by and get a box. We have quite a few boxes left and if we do not sell them we will be unable to support the many programs the PTA supports.
