The night before Thanksgiving Tim and I stopped at a neighborhoody place in HK. We sat at the bar as we always prefer, later a lady sat one stool away from Tim. I heard her discreetly asking for the wine house prices and settle for the Chianti-cheapest. There was something of a struggle that made me think she deserved a brake. I told the bartender that I would pay her drink and please not to tell her, of course he did. Well Dinah-is her name, works as an usher at The Friedman, to thank me she got, Tim and me, free tickets to Snow Geese with Mary Louise Parker... I was not expecting anything, all I wanted was to buy a gal a drink. This tells you of the power of gratitude. I am so grateful! Thank you Dinah-Happy Thanksgiving
