The number of votes at the AHA meeting n favor of proceeding with discussion of the resolutions denouncing Israel was 51, not 55. 144 voted against. Several have asked who the supporters were. She writes that efforts among scholars to condemn Israel hit a bump at the AHA. It did not just hit a bump. It hit wall of scholarly integrity and wound up (excuse the mixed metaphor) as a train wreck.
