The objective is to allow peeps to chase while they maintain a constant pace. I decided from the off if I were to run 6min pace, they would caught up with me within 300-400m. Thus i both 1min head start, i went at sub 5min pace. Story is simple, getting caught getting dropped, getting caught getting dropped again. Kenneth Chan , Raymond, Justin Wong and Michael Yong gang up and ran a 5:23 average pace. The objective was to drag everybody out of their comfort zone and have someone to chase from start till end as long as possible; a test after couple of mths of training.
