The off season is an opportunity for you to - . Build some quality size and bring up weak areas . Increase your food intake so that when it comes to dieting you have plenty of room for manoeuvre. Far too many people start their diet with very few places to go and end up sacrificing muscle One thing I always insist on with my clients is that even in the off season we stay as lean as possible. Once your body fat gets too high your going to struggle to build muscle (increased aromatisation & insulin resistance!). With off season clients (amateur and professional) I like to initially have 6 months with them where possible, to learn how they respond to Y3T training, what sort of Nutrition setup works best and ultimately have the best grasp on what works for them.
