The official report on my Hospital file i got today: * admission - Severe Appendicitis *Eventuating In Ruptured Appendix releasing High Level Toxins and Gangrenous substance that has affected inner lower Organs of subject/patient. Surgery Performed = Cutting and Removing Ruptured Appendage Lower Intestine, Cutting and removing lower intestine, Kidney, (kidney Stone Visible [minimal] also removed) Gallbladder cut and re-attached, also Main Urinal Tract and Bladder, cut shortened and reattached, diaphragm muscle cut and reattached to pelvis, all cuts surgically made to eradicate further gangrenous infection. Recovery = Minimal intake of puree food Infant Ingestion diet 48 hours after surgery, followed by soft diet 3 days, then 5th day initiate solid diet one meal per day, to determine lower intestine lower bowel tract can accompany bowel movement by preparing to stretch lower intestine is working or alternatively patient may need use of exterior Filter and bladder devices permanently if non conformance to changed and reset innards in Surgery. Medication to run course of 3 weeks after discharge from Hospital, Endone, Targine, and 1200mg Forte . Dispatch use of Homecare Nurse to patients residence to dress wounds x 3 daily.
