The official unemployment rate is 6.3% However, that doesnt include those who are ready and able to work but have become discouraged and stopped looking, or those who want full-time work but have had to settle for part-time. If we include those two categories, we get a more realistic unemployment rate of 12.3%. Were in the sixth year of the Obama Administration, but still its most likely Bushs fault.
