The *one* thing I would love to change entirely and immediately re Hollywood movies = no more orchestral soundtracks. Few things pull me out of a movie as quickly as a blaring orchestral soundtrack. Spielberg and George Lucas and James Cameron - worst offenders that immediately spring to mind. And now that I think about it, I would love to see a re-edit of the Star Wars trilogy with an electronic soundtrack, a la The Matrix. Or if they really really need to use an orchestral soundtrack, then at least make it as subtle as the soundtrack for Inception.
