The ones who say the negative things about this performance are those who held the others there that night in such high regard on guitar. They give Jimi props, but what other black guitarist? And they cant stomach that Prince is probably better than everyone else on that stage on guitar. Im sure he did know George Harrison and he knows who is a great musician to pay tribute to. Those mouths were hanging open in awe because we took another one away from them. Prince is a guitarist, all genres, and can shred with the rest of them.
