The only 2 people who can keep everything confidential are your lawyer and when you confessed your sin to your priest or your pastor other than that is a deception so its fraud . Be careful on who you divulge sensitive informations or fabricated informations especially to an investigator ( who must be licensed in California , BTW ) or worst to a consultant because those informations you shared will be subpoenaed in court during lawsuits and that investigator must released the names of the people who shared , and worst if it is fabricated ,to the judge because if she wont obey the court order , she will be held in contempt of court order.... those names she released will also be sued or added as defendants in a lawsuit . She is involving everyone and your employer will not provide you a lawyer once you have been sued .....there is no such thing as contingency fee when you are a defendant it is only offered to Plaintiffs and as far as I know , Lawyers retainer fees run from $3000 to $ 10000 plus extra hourly lawyers fee from $ 250 to $ 450 per hour when they need to appear in court .....Joan Vinuya Gainey and Tony Geluz
