The only legal system to protect the rights of a person accused of a crime is the jury system where there is first of all a presumption of innocence and it is up to the prosecutor to obtain the evidence. Any country and we all know which ones have the Napolenic Code where you are automatically presumed guilty and have to prove your innocence is a sick sick sick legal system with no protection whatsoever for the defendent.
