The only ones capable of tracking the bombing taking place in Egypt are intelligence agencies. And that is exactly where the problem is. Here 1- Egyptian intelligence agencies, like all other government entities in Egypt, are incompetent technically and administratively given the lack of public oversight and corruption 2- They are busy fighting opposition and protesters and making fake cases to anti-coup people. There is no time left to do real intelligence work 3- Whenever such bombing takes place, they use it to convince the people that the government is fighting terrorism. In other words, it finds those criminal attacks useful politically to their regime. 4- When they, later on, discover the real perpetrators, they can not act on it since they already accused the opposition of such acts. They cannot just admit they lied. 5- Most probably when they discover who really did it, they will find ties to one of the intelligence agencies and they will probably feel insecure to declare that. Bottom line, the ONLY way to combat those attacks is to get rid of the whole security structure and its military leadership [period]. Otherwise, enjoy the military rule
