The only reason why most Malawians would want not to change leadership come May 20 is because of continuity. Malawians have realized that its too expensive to change leadership in only 2 years time. Malawi constitution gives a 5 years term of office for a reason that it becomes very difficult to measure impact of the performance on an individual within 2 years. Those that have knowledge on project management can agree with me that no project can show real impact within the 2 years period. But in Malawi we have seen Her Excellency Dr Joyce Banda working through the clock in order to turn things around, Malawi have made a lot of progress within 2 years, the only problem opposition parties have is kuiwala, Dr Muluzi openly told Malawians that AMALAWI SACHEDWA KUIWALA. Last week I had a chance to meet some people from rule areas, it was very clear that Malawians are not ready to change the leadership, they want JB to continue so that all the projects she has initiated should continue.
