The only solution to resolves crisis in lakes state( Rumbek) is not a frequent removal of governors, I suggests H.E Gen. Salva Kiir Should dissolve all the systems( parliament, judiciaries, ministries and commissioners) and declare a STATE of EMERGENCY and deploy a whole Division of SPLA, headed by a general from other state,so that whoever kills somebody intentionally is shot publicly in the square ie.(eye for an eye) than to be delayed in prisons for three to four years with out prosecution and later set free illegally.. Yes, we are concerned and aware of Human Rights and all the conventions, but in a world like lakes state where life of humans are not respected, HUMAN RIGHTS can step aside and leave a military system to deal with this hard-headend people. i want to thanks these three counties of lakes state, (Awerial, Yirol east and WULU) unnecessary killings in Rumbek will not end even if you combine SaLVA KIIr together with Jesus Christ as the governors of lakes state, unless we apply the above suggestions. thanks
