The only thing missing was a camp fire to eat these by.. My Neckbone beans.. I brined and smoked my neckbone with William Sonoma BBQ brine and the rest is cumin, onion, habenero peppers, jalapeño, black pepper.. Dont salt these until serving. The butter is salty and the neckbone is brined.. This works with white,navy or pinto beans.. So incredible.. The cumin and celery salt are essential.. Dont start without! Slow cooker is best! Easy!
