Join us as we explore Jazz, Modern and Duncan Dance - Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do & Aikido - the Alexander Technique, the Work of Moshe Feldenkrais and Yoga. We will playfully explore each and learn how to apply the energy of each into our Nia classes and life.
